Located in Clinton Hill, The Axel is a 29-story mixed-use tower designed by Morris Adjmi Architects comprised of 284 apartments and approximately 60,000 leasable square feet of commercial and retail space. Construction at The Axel topped off in Q1 2021 and was completed in Q2 2022.
The Axel, developed in collaboration with Hope Street Capital as lead developer, is the third of three development partnerships between Hope Street and BH3, which co-invested alongside Hope Street as partners as part of a broader partnership that also includes The Hendrik and 98 Front St., both in Brooklyn.
