As part of the 18-acre Fontainebleau Resort, Fontainebleau Sorrento is an exclusive beachfront tower entirely comprised of condominium-hotel units providing purchasers the ability to live within the resort in the comfort of their own condominium-hotel unit while enjoying all the benefits and privileges of the property.

BH3 acquired the remaining 25 unsold condominium-hotel units from the original developer in May, 2010 with all units subsequently resold by the end of 2011. BH3 does not currently own any Fontainebleau property, nor is it licensed to market or sell any such property.
