    Fabrick Progresso Village

      Situated at the northern edge of Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale, Fabrick Progresso Village is comprised of over 24,000 leasable square feet of lifestyle-oriented urban retail and office space, resulting from a complete gut rehabilitation of a prior dilapidated warehouse space. BH3 relocated its corporate headquarters to Fabrick in Q1 2021. The project was fully leased out within 18 months of completion.
