Launched in January, 2013, BH3 Realty is headed by Michael Neumann, an accomplished sales director having sold over 50 condominium projects with total sales in excess of $3 billion.
Since its inception, BH3 Realty commenced operations with the prestigious mixed-use property 1805 Ponce, which the company successfully sold 75% of the residences within 6 months. BH3 Realty is also the exclusive sales and marketing company for Privé and 4000 Alton, with a combined forecasted sellout of $550 Million.
Windward Real Estate is BH3’s New York asset-management arm, charged with sourcing and acquiring distressed notes on small- to medium-balance commercial loans secured by multifamily and mixed-use properties in New York City. Windward also oversees all asset management and property management functions of BH3’s New York assets.
