AVENTURA, FL. – Privé Developers, LLC, led by co‐developers BH3 and Gary Cohen as Principal, have been granted a full vertical building permit, enabling Privé at Island Estates to rise on the exclusive 8-acre island located in Dumfoundling Bay between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.

Privé broke ground in June of this year and is presently on the second level of construction following completion of foundations.
