Doing the Right Thing Brings Greater Success

Haute Residence, the “Millionaire’s Global Guide to Luxury Real Estate,” toured Privé at Island Estates recently and interviewed one of the project’s developers for a cover story in the magazine’s Summer/Fall 2016 issue.

In the story, BH3’s Greg Freedman recalls how the firm achieved success quickly by keeping its focus on context, community and quality, rather than simply building for the bottom line. By doing the right thing on its earliest South Florida projects, such as the well-received Trump Hollywood and Terra Beachside, BH3 began to realize the rewards of building with integrity.

Privé At Island Estates Receives Full Vertical Building Permit

Following the previous foundation building permit, latest permit enables full vertical construction of 16-story Privé project

AVENTURA, FL. – Privé Developers, LLC, led by co‐developers BH3 and Gary Cohen as Principal, have been granted a full vertical building permit, enabling Privé at Island Estates to rise on the exclusive 8-­acre island located in Dumfoundling Bay between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.

Recently ranked No. 14 on Elite Traveler’s “Most Desired Ultra-­‐Luxury Residential Developments in the World” (and No. 1 in Florida), the twin luxury towers’ design partners architecture by renowned Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, landscape architecture by EGS2, and interior design by Interiors by Steven G. Privé broke ground in June of this year and is presently on the second level of construction following completion of foundations.

Privé Developers Announce Successful Closing on Financing for Privé at Island Estates, Get Another Win in Court

Privé is presently under construction and is being built and bonded by Suffolk Construction, one of Florida’s largest general contractors that are also building for Miami World Center and All Aboard Florida. “We are ecstatic to have closed on this financing and continue the current pace of construction on schedule for completion in Q2 of 2017,” said Daniel Lebensohn on behalf of Privé Developers.

“The response from brokers and purchasers has been robust over this summer as they now get to see the construction on the island and the towers coming out of the ground,” said Greg Freedman of Privé Developers, which has sold in excess of $250 Million of units at the project.
